Magnetic Debris Remover – The magnetic debris remover replaces the automatic air vent in the top port of the T-88 or HS-808. To install, simply slide it down through the center of the internal stainless steel screen. During the hydronic system operation, this accessory generates a powerful magnetic field that attracts ferrous debris as it passes through the body of the T-88. This is especially effective in older hydronic systems that contain steel or iron piping, cast iron radiators, and/or cast iron boilers where ferrous oxide corrosion may have built up within the system over time. To clean the debris, remove the accessory from the T-88, slide the magnet from its housing, and clean off any remaining debris adhered to the housing. 800-881 One-size Magnetic Debris Remover 1 Expansion Tank / Fill Valve System Connection – Designed to allow easy connection of an expansion tank or automatic fill valve to the hydronic system. The tee provides a convenient 1/2” MNPT piping attachment point into the system. Attach to the top port of either the T-88 Air & Debris Eliminator or the HS-808 Hydraulic Separator.
