Radiant Floor and Tubing Accessories
Heat Transfer Plate
Extruded Aluminum Heat Transfer Plates - For use in radiant floor heating via joist space applications (under sub-floor) with 3/8" or 1/2" PEX tubing. Plates are 3-1/2" x 4' long and pre-drilled for wood screws to attach underneath sub-floor. PEX tubing is held securely in tube channel on under side of plate.
Heat Transfer Plate SpecificationsEach panel is 48” long and has 8 pre-drilled mounting holes.
Designed to create high performance hydronic radiant heat systems for new and retro-fit projects.
The rigid extrusion and tight tube grip provide excellent heat transfer without expansion noise.
Accepts PEX, PEX-AL-PEX, PE-RT and copper tubing without the need for additional fasteners or adhesives.

ST-100 Up-Right Tube Installation Tool
The ST-100 Up-right hand staple tool is for installing radiant tube in concrete slab applications. The long handle allows the installer to easily staple down flexible radiant tube to rigid foam insulation while walking. The tool is easy to operate and will reduce installers fatigue while lowering the time to install. Extruded polystyrene insulation board is recommended to be used under concrete slabs.
The staples are available in three sizes and selected based on the diameter of the tube, 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4". The staples come in magazines of 30, (the 1-1/2" long staple is in 25.) The magazines load easily into the tool and are fed via gravity with a metal weight. This new design is simple and virtually eliminates staple jams.
